Hafez Varesh Knowledge Based Production Complex began its activities in 2015 (1394) in the field of exporting technical and engineering services. In 2017 (1396), after completing research and study phases in the field of chemistry and basic sciences with the goal of localizing the technical knowledge for producing high tech chemical products, the company succeeded in establishing an R&D laboratory and, after evaluation, received the knowledge-based certification from the Vice Presidency for Science and Technology.
In line with its defined goals for production and expanding the company’s product portfolio, Factory No. 1, located in Alborz Province, Sepehr Industrial Town of Nazarabad, is currently in operation. This factory is active in various sectors, including R&D units, chemistry, polymer, and microbiology laboratories, as well as the production hall for knowledge based products. Following the completion of the production cycle and the expansion of the product portfolio, Factory No. 2 in Markazi Province, Mamuniyeh Industrial Town, is under construction with modern and up to date equipment being installed.
Benefiting from the knowledge and creativity of young specialists of Iran, Hafez Varesh succeeded in producing high-tech chemical products for domestic and international markets, achieving significant export growth between 2021 and 2023 (1400–1402). With the company receiving the exemplary exporter trophy and certificate in 2024 (1403), it can be regarded as one of the successful producers and exporters of chemical, nano, polymer, hygienic, and animal feed supplement products.

We could have but we chose not to. We could have ignored production challenges and created a consumer based entity instead of a manufacturing complex but we chose not to; because production is what creates identity.
Competition in today’s global chemical industry is like a relentless molecular level battle. Global chemical giants, relying on nanotechnology, constantly pursue innovation. We could have remained observers but we chose not to. As an Iranian manufacturing complex, we invited young, specialized, and creative individuals to join us. Our plans were designed around a winning mindset.
We could have feared failure from the start but we chose not to. There was no second plan; only thoughts of victory, development, growth, and a sustainable future.
Economic prosperity mattered to us. Job creation, export growth, and increasing national income were among our economic goals.
Advancing knowledge and technology mattered to us. Expanding research and innovation, training specialized human capital, and competing in global markets were our technological goals.
Environmental preservation mattered to us. Reducing pollution and producing sustainable products were among our most important concerns.
We recognized the strategic importance of agriculture and livestock industries, and we entered the field to contribute.
Producing chemical and nano-technology products is not merely a choice; it is a necessity that must be emphasized.
Here we are now. We have turned ideas into reality. For years, as a knowledge-based enterprise, we have produced and exported chemical and nano products. We do not intend to stop here. We aim to advance the production of high-tech chemical and nano products aligned with the latest global scientific achievements. Therefore, continuous R&D remains essential at Hafez Varesh.
Goals of Hafez Varesh Knowledge Based Complex
In addition to core activities, we seek progress in producing high volume chemical and nano raw materials based on the world’s latest scientific achievements. Continuous research and development for discovering superior production techniques remains ongoing.
These measures guide us toward independence from outdated technologies and expanding new markets.
Launching production line development in Markazi Province, expanding R&D laboratories in infrastructure, equipment, and human resources, active presence in global markets, increasing exports and product diversity, protecting the environment by reducing pollution, and supporting agriculture and livestock industries.
Expanding the product portfolio and advancing the production of high tech chemical products by relying on the expertise of domestic specialists, achieving the highest domestic market share, and establishing and registering the company’s brand at a national level.

We stood at the beginning of the road and looked toward the horizon. It did not seem easy. “Being enough” was the first thought we had. We needed to believe that we were enough to begin. We wanted to chase a rabbit; we wanted to stay focused and that rabbit was production.
“Under any conditions, at any cost, we will make it happen” this was the second thought we continually repeated. Among hard, harder, and hardest we chose the hardest. Organizing a complex producing chemical and nano products was the hardest task.
We invited talented, elite, and committed young people to join us. Time became sacred to us. The speed of scientific progress meant that even seconds mattered. We began working by bringing our true selves and defining small, rhythmic steps in our work plan.
The planting and harvesting seasons may be short, but the cultivation season is long and requires patience. We knew growth is not like a rocket launch; it is like lifting an airplane off the runway the distance before takeoff must be covered.
After several years, here we are. We have found our missing server production gives us identity, meaning, and mastery.
Where we stand is not our final destination. We tie our efforts to divine grace and continue moving forward, building, and progressing.
